Hot Wheels ’55 Nomad Has a Missing White Stripe on Wheel

On June 12, 2026, I purchased a Hot Wheels CLASSIC/CLASSIQUE ’55 Nomad die-cast car from a Şok Market store in Tavşanlı, Kütahya. After removing the product from its packaging, I noticed a manufacturing-related paint defect on the front left wheel. While the other three wheels have a white stripe painted on them, the front left wheel is completely missing this white stripe.

I have the original receipt for the purchase, but I have not yet contacted the store or any customer service regarding this issue. I was disappointed to find a product purchased for collecting purposes in such a defective condition.

In addition to a replacement or refund, I request an explanation regarding this manufacturing defect and ask the company to offer an alternative solution of its choosing to compensate me for the inconvenience and disappointment I have experienced. I also request that the necessary quality-control checks be carried out to prevent similar manufacturing defects from occurring in the future.
