I Face Hostinger SEO Spam Issues Showing Adult Content For My Domain

I purchased hosting and domain services from Hostinger in January and completed the payment, but I did not receive any meaningful support from their staff during the website setup process. When I later requested a refund because I could not get the help I needed, I was told that more than one month had passed and that a refund was no longer available. Since I did not want the money I had paid for the hosting and domain to go to waste, I eventually hired someone outside of Hostinger to build the website for me.

Approximately 3 days ago, an SEO specialist informed me that when our domain name is searched on Google, adult-content and completely unrelated pages appear in the search results. Seeing this type of content associated with my own domain is extremely disturbing and unacceptable, both for my brand reputation and on a personal level.

I expected the company providing my hosting service to offer a secure and reliable infrastructure and to be accessible and solution-oriented when serious issues arise. Instead, I currently feel stuck with automated support channels and have been unable to reach anyone directly who can properly investigate or resolve the problem.

I am also providing screenshots of the Google search results as supporting evidence.

I request that Hostinger urgently investigate the adult-content and spam results associated with my domain and hosting account, perform all necessary technical and security checks, remove or help eliminate these inappropriate search results, and ensure that my website can continue operating in a clean and secure manner.

I also request a clear explanation regarding how this situation occurred and, if possible, an appropriate solution or compensation for the inconvenience and potential damage to my brand reputation.
