Hower Refused A Full Replacement Even Though The Dryer Rusted After Seven Months


I’m extremely disappointed with my experience after purchasing a Hower dryer. After only 7 months of use, I observed the emergence of rust inside the machine. I promptly reached out to customer service, and they promptly dispatched a technician who recorded a video of the problem.
Considering the gravity of the issue, I requested a new dryer. However, their proposed solution was to replace the boiler instead. This is a significant problem. The presence of rust inside an appliance like this indicates a defect, and I believe I have the right to receive a complete replacement. Regrettably, they firmly declined to replace the entire unit.
I find this situation completely unacceptable, and I am prepared to escalate it to the appropriate authorities. I cannot recommend a brand that fails to support its products and leaves customers with faulty appliances. Consider carefully before buying from Hower—customer support and product quality leave much to be desired.
