Hoover Washing Machine Breaks Down After 4 Months
I purchased a Hoover washing machine a mere four months ago, and unfortunately, it has already ceased to function. The repair guy accused me of using the wrong soap, specifically a granulated product that is marketed towards children. Are you kidding me? I haven't come across that in the manual before. And customer service is a whole other story. Their assistance left much to be desired. This is completely unfair! It's evident that Hoover prioritizes profit over their customers' satisfaction. Let my message be a warning to all out there who is looking for a Hoover. Please don't. I know some things might happen but a new machine crumbling like this, NO!!
