Hoover Heat Pump Dryer Design Flaw Causes Water Tank Damage

On November 7, 2024, I purchased a Hoover NDEH 10A2TSBE-17 10 kg Wi-Fi + Bluetooth heat pump dryer through Hepsiburada. A few days ago, the water tank broke while I was removing and reinserting it during normal use. Even before this incident, we had experienced difficulty and felt that the tank’s placement design was problematic and unsafe when inserting it. After researching online, I found that many other users reported breaking the same part in a similar way. When I contacted Hoover customer service, the issue was classified as user error. However, because the water tank is difficult and delicate to position, many users have experienced the same problem, and it broke during ordinary daily removal and reinsertion, I believe this is a design flaw rather than user error. I have the original invoice, and the product is still under warranty. Since the water tank is broken, I cannot use the dryer and am unable to dry our laundry. As it is currently winter, this situation is causing serious inconvenience at home. I request that Hoover stand behind its product, take this design issue into consideration, and provide a replacement water tank free of charge.
The water tank of the Hoover NDEH 10A2TSBE-17 dryer cracked during normal use. Since I believe this is due to a design flaw, I requested a free replacement part. However, the brand’s customer service classified the issue as user error. I no longer feel confident in the reliability of the product, and I believe the process has stalled because the company is not taking responsibility.
