Hoover Dryer Water Tank Breaks Due to Design Flaw, Warranty Denied

While opening and closing the door of my Hoover H-HRY500 dryer, the water reservoir located on the door suddenly fell out and broke on its own, without being subjected to any impact, force, or misuse. Even though I clearly explained that this issue is caused by a design flaw, both the authorized service center and customer service classified it as user error and excluded it from warranty coverage.
This issue occurred in the last months of 2025, and I do not accept being held responsible for damage that clearly resulted from a structural weakness in the product’s design. I will also attach photos of the broken part to support my complaint. I am requesting that Hoover replace the broken water reservoir free of charge under warranty, taking into account that this damage was caused by a design defect rather than user misuse.
