Hoover Dryer Arrived Damaged and Now Leaks Water
We purchased a Hoover dryer through Hepsiburada about one month ago. When the service team came to install the product, they noticed that the rear panel was broken and said it wouldn’t prevent use, adding that they would replace the panel. After the panel was replaced, the machine started leaking water, so we called service again and requested a full replacement of the product. They tried to shift responsibility by telling us to contact the seller first. After that, they said they had created a replacement request and told us they would call us back, but no one has contacted us for over a week. When we call, they still have no information about the issue. Despite explaining the situation from the beginning multiple times and having service records on file, our problem continues. As a result, in the middle of winter, we are unable to use our dryer.
