Hoover No Warranty Extension and No Contact Person

purchased a Hover brand dryer, and it took a week for the installation service to arrive. The service team, going by the name Ezgi Sogutma Hoover, displayed a rude attitude over the phone, claiming to be very busy. They quickly plugged in the device, said they were leaving, and when I inquired about extending the warranty, I was told I needed to pay in cash for the information to be entered into the system. a week passed, there was no information provided, either written or verbal, regarding the warranty extension. When I contact customer service, they claim they cannot see it in the system and direct me to the service team. The service team, on the other hand, brushes me off, citing their busy schedule, I guess entering information into the system is an insurmountable task for them.
