My New Hoover Dryer Arrived Damaged




I bought a Hoover dryer, which was damaged during shipping, as identified by the service technician during installation. They took the machine back for replacement but mentioned that the factory would decide whether it will be replaced, and they couldn't give any information on how long it might take. They said it could take several weeks if the factory approves the replacement, which is still uncertain. Whenever I call, the service team directs me to customer service, and customer service directs me back to the service team. Both claim it's not their responsibility. We regret this purchase deeply.
