I Face E-SIM Activation Failure On My Honor 400 Phone

I use a Honor 400 smartphone, and recently I switched from a physical Vodafone SIM card to an e-SIM. I received my QR code document from the Vodafone store in Balıkesir and attempted to activate the e-SIM on my device. Although my phone officially supports e-SIM, every time I try to complete the process I receive an error, and the activation fails.
As a result, I have been unable to use my line for the past day, which has caused me significant inconvenience. The device is still under warranty, and I expected a smooth transition to e-SIM, especially since Vodafone and Honor both claim compatibility.
I request an immediate solution to my problem, either by ensuring proper e-SIM activation on my phone or providing technical assistance through Honor and Vodafone support. I expect this issue to be resolved quickly so I can continue using my phone without further disruption..
