Honda Forza 250 I Bought Has Steering and Vibration Issues and Dealer Won’t Help
Hello Sir or Madam,
On 20.09.2024, I purchased a 0 km Honda Forza 250 Euro OP from the official Honda dealer in Antalya, Alanya, Turkey. Since the day I bought the motorcycle, I have encountered several issues:
1) There is excessive noise and vibration when the engine is running, especially from the front and rearview mirrors, front visors, and handlebars. The vibration is so intense that I can't even see the cars behind me when I stop at a red light.
2) The most serious issue is that the front steering wheel is faulty (crooked), as it is not aligned with the front wheel. I’ve asked to return my bike, but the dealer has refused.
3) The removable rear trunk also makes a lot of noise. After paying €7500 for this motorcycle, it feels like I'm riding a low-quality, budget motorcycle due to the noise. As a result, I’ve removed the trunk and left it at home.
I am not enjoying this motorcycle, and the Honda dealer in Turkey refuses to accept responsibility for these issues. I have always been a fan of the Honda brand, but using this Forza has been a disappointing experience, and I deeply regret purchasing it. I kindly request your assistance in resolving these problems.
Thank you.
