I have been experiencing a persistent radio issue with my 2021 Honda Civic. Despite multiple visits to the authorized Bora Honda service center, the problem remains unresolved. The radio gets stuck on the first frequency or returns to it after switching channels via the steering wheel controls. The service center informed me that they contacted Honda but have yet to receive a response. As advised by the service manager, I have exercised my legal rights and initiated legal proceedings. The case is now in court. Unfortunately, the service center is unable to take further action without a response from the company. This is shared for the awareness of other users.
