Brand-New Honda CB125F Won't Start Due to Dead Battery and Honda Won't Cover It Under Warranty

We purchased our 2025 Honda CB125F motorcycle approximately two months ago. With only 160 kilometers on it, the bike experienced a complete electrical cutoff and the engine stopped working entirely. As a result, we brought it to Kıvrak Motor service center in Marmaris, Muğla on June 12, 2026.
At the service center, we were told that the battery was not holding a charge and that this was the source of the problem. However, Honda stated that the battery is not covered under warranty, refused to include the repair under warranty coverage, and declined to repair or replace the part. We do not consider a battery failing to hold a charge on a two-month-old motorcycle with only 160 kilometers on it to be user error — we see it as a manufacturing defect, and we absolutely refuse to accept being denied warranty coverage on those grounds.
The motorcycle is registered in the name of N****** B*****, with license plate 06 FTU 221, and we are in a genuinely difficult situation because of this problem. We are requesting that the battery defect be covered under warranty, that the faulty part be repaired or replaced free of charge, and that our grievance be resolved.
