2016 Honda CR-V Safety Issue

I had a 2016 Honda CR-V with automatic transmission. While driving, I attempted to put my vehicle in park, but it suddenly moved on its own, breaking the garage door in front of my parking spot, and colliding with a stationary vehicle, pushing it into the apartment space. This caused a significant accident.
Despite applying the handbrake, the vehicle did not stop. When I took it to Honda's authorized service center and the dealership where I bought it, they said they couldn't help me because there was a problem with the vehicle's brain. I've had this car for 20 years, and it's always performed well.
I purchased a new vehicle on the spur of the moment, and the one they recommended almost killed me. This incident jeopardized my own and others' safety, and it had a wide-ranging impact. A serious accident could have happened.
I respectfully request that the appropriate authorities assist in determining whether the problem originated with Honda, either through expert evaluation or inspection.
