Hipp Organic Combiotik 800g Caused Vomiting and Smelled Spoiled

I purchased the Hipp Organic Combiotik 800g baby formula on 25.09.2024, and after giving it to my child three times, they vomited each time and were miserable through the night. I smelled the formula, and it had a rancid fishy odor. This morning, I bought the 350g version from the pharmacy, and it didn’t smell or cause any issues for my child. Not only was my child’s health put at risk, but I also wasted my money. I want to know how this issue will be resolved and who will take responsibility for this.
