The Hint Team Astro app charged me 680 TL without permission before the membership even started. I did not authorize any payment, and there is no contact person or official company information available to resolve the issue.

I’m requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge and the cancellation of this unauthorized subscription. Please respond to this issue urgently — I would really appreciate a follow-up if this matter is taken seriously.
