My name is Loretta P***, and I recently discovered that I have been charged for a Hint app subscription through my bank since January 2026, even though I did not knowingly subscribe to this service. It is possible that my two‑year‑old child may have accidentally activated something, but I never intended to make this subscription. These charges have continued up to this month and have caused my account to be overdrawn multiple times, including overdraft situations that I did not expect. I want to clearly state that I do not approve these Hint app subscription charges and I consider them unauthorized. I request a full refund of all amounts taken for this subscription from January 2026 up to the most recent charge this month, as well as the immediate cancellation of any active Hint app subscription linked to my bank account so that no further payments are taken. I also request that any overdraft situations caused by these unauthorized charges be taken into account while reviewing my case. I ask that this matter be investigated urgently and that my refund and cancellation be processed as soon as possible.
