Hint America Inc Charged Me Again and Did Not Cancel Subscription

I have been using a “soul mate picture” subscription service from Hint America Inc under the name Kathleen F***, and despite wanting to cancel, I was just charged again today in the amount of $29.99. I believe this service is accessed on Hint America Inc’s own platform, and I no longer wish to continue this subscription. I am requesting that my subscription be fully cancelled so that no further charges are made, and that all payments I have made for this subscription, including today’s $29.99 charge, be refunded to me.
