HeyCash App Error Keeps Me From Using My $10 Survey Earnings
For about 15 days, I have had 9,302 points (about $10) accumulated in my HeyCash account, but I cannot use my points and I am also unable to receive any new surveys. Previously, I was getting a warning saying “You can complete surveys after September 12,” but now I am not receiving any surveys at all and I cannot use my points.
When I try to withdraw my points, I receive an error message saying “Technical error, please contact support.” I have not performed any unusual actions on my account and I do not know what caused this issue. My username is t*@gmail.com.
I request that my points be made usable again and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
