Hepsijet Returned My Occasion Order Without Calling or Ringing the Doorbell
On November 19, I placed an order from Occasion. On November 22, despite being at home, the order was not delivered by Hepsijet. They claimed that I was called and the doorbell was rung, but I was not called, and the doorbell was not rung. I contacted customer service, and they insisted four times that I was called and the delivery attempt was made, saying the package would go out for delivery again the next day. On November 23, it went out for delivery again, but this time, they claimed it was sent back for return because I was not at home and did not answer my phone. There are three people living in my household, and all of us have been home for the past two days. When I contacted customer service, they said there was nothing they could do since the package was being sent back. They are returning my order without even ringing the bell or calling.
The day I filed a complaint, they called and said it would be delivered on Monday, but despite being at home today, they did not deliver it, and my package was sent back for return.
