About one month ago, I purchased a Helly Hansen jacket from The Moose by Viaport store at Viaport for $251. Despite only short-term and normal use, the fabric of the jacket has developed noticeable pilling/fuzzing and has started to look heavily worn. I returned the product to the store and submitted it for inspection; however, the inspection concluded that the issue was caused by user error, and no action was taken. I absolutely do not accept that a jacket at this price point would deteriorate this quickly or that this would be considered user error. I purchased this jacket trusting Helly Hansen’s quality, and I request that it be evaluated as a defective product and replaced with a new one.
