Helly Hansen Holmen 5 Pocket Pants Arrive With Damaged Stitching

On September 14, I ordered a Helly Hansen Holmen 5 Pocket pant from the Viane store through Pazarama. My order number is 995507963. Before the item was shipped, I specifically asked the seller to inspect the product before sending it, and my request is also recorded in the platform's question-and-answer section.
Despite this request, the pants were delivered to me in defective condition. There is a clearly visible defect around the waistband, both inside and outside, with loose and damaged stitching. I reported the issue to the seller through the platform's question-and-answer section, explaining that they had sent me a defective product. The only response I received was that I could return it. Then, on Sunday, the product listing was removed. Later, I noticed that the same pants in the same size had been listed for sale again at a higher price. This creates the impression that defective products are being sold at lower prices while defect-free products are listed at higher prices.
I purchased these pants to receive and wear a genuine, undamaged product, not a defective one. Since I suspect that this may involve misleading sales practices, I request that a genuine, defect-free pair of Helly Hansen Holmen 5 Pocket pants in the same size be sent to me. Rather than simply directing me toward a return, I ask that the seller's conduct be investigated and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve my complaint.
