Hankook 235/65/16C Tire on Ford Transit Wore Out Suddenly After Only 4,000 km

On my Ford Transit, the Hankook 235/65/16C tires that came brand-new with the vehicle developed sudden wear while driving after only about 4,000 km of use. This incident happened around 10 days ago, and such rapid wear under normal driving conditions has caused me significant problems. After the issue, I contacted both the authorized service and Hankook customer service, but my applications were rejected and no solution was offered. Since the tire is part of the vehicle’s original equipment and is under warranty, I cannot accept this situation. I request that the tire be replaced free of charge or that a refund be issued to resolve my grievance.
