Easily Damaged Hankook Dyna Pro Tires

On January 10, 2014, after initiating my drive at the traffic lights near Ataşehir Customs, I experienced a periodic wobbling at a speed of approximately 10-15 km/h. Concerned, I halted and detected a loss of pressure in the left rear tire. I promptly headed to a tire shop just 50 meters away, suspecting a possible nail puncture. However, the reality was far more surprising – a stone had embedded itself inside the tire, as evident in the pictures. Those who see it for the first time are understandably baffled.
Is my Hankook Dyna Pro tire, purchased in 2020, faulty, or is it an oversight by Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) in road cleaning? Or perhaps, is the mistake on my part? The consequences on a high-speed highway are unimaginable. Unfortunately, answers are scarce, leaving me contemplating whether to change all the tires, resort to patches, switch to a different brand, or even consider off-road tires. Does this happen to other tires as well? Should I invest in tractor tires? Maybe it's time to sell the vehicle or even brave the roads without tires altogether. The perpetual question arises: which tire brand offers better reliability? And isn't the municipal responsibility to keep the main roads clean?
