Lost 10 Million Coins in Hamster Kombat with No Explanation

I had 10 million coins in Hamster Kombat, and when I logged in, all of it was gone. I’ve been reset to the beginning, and all my hard work has been completely erased. Why would this happen after so much effort?

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of communication from the developers—no explanation or notice regarding this issue. Has anyone else experienced this? I need an immediate resolution and a detailed explanation from the team. This is unacceptable, and I hope the developers will address this issue promptly and restore my lost progress. Please respond as soon as possible.
