Halalbooking Refuses Price Adjustment After Hotel Rate Drops Following Booking

Through Halalbooking, I made booking number 5085410 for Tuğra Suit Otel for July 29 through August 1, paying a total of $1,808. A few days after making the reservation, I checked the website again for the same hotel and dates, only to find that the price had dropped.

Despite a price difference of approximately $59, Halalbooking rejected my requests and offered no resolution, even though I messaged customer support through their system multiple times to request a refund for the difference.

I refuse to accept that Halalbooking provides the exact same service at a lower rate without applying a price adjustment to my existing reservation. I demand an immediate refund of the approximately $59 price difference back to the original payment card.
