Groupama Insurance Supplementary Health Insurance Policy Is Void
I had a supplementary health insurance policy with Groupama Insurance from November 19, 2020, to November 19, 2022. When I expressed my desire to continue the policy, they offered me a new proposal, but shockingly, they informed me that it would not cover any of my pre-existing conditions from the last two years and considered it a new policy. They claimed that the previous policy had expired. However, they were the ones who delayed providing me with the new proposal, and I had done nothing wrong. They caused me great distress and made me feel like a victim. We had been with them for two years because we wanted to continue the policy with them. Now we have had to switch to a different insurance provider, but the new policy doesn't cover my pre-existing conditions. We demand that Groupama Insurance rectify this situation and allow us to come back to them. Their behavior has been unacceptable, so anyone considering signing up with them should think twice.
