Anadolu Sigorta Supplementary Health Insurance Doesn't Cover Expected Hospitals

For the past three years, I have been purchasing a family package supplementary health insurance from Anadolu Sigorta. At the beginning of April, I informed the agent that our renewed policy should include the hospital and pediatrician we follow. However, when we visited the eye clinic of the same hospital, we were told after the examination that the insurance did not cover the visit, and we had to pay. Anadolu Sigorta's supplementary health insurance does not clearly indicate whether services are covered without authorization; it is only determined after the examination. I had to make the payment. Neither the agent nor Anadolu Sigorta informed us that the hospital, which was included in the one-year contract, had been excluded from coverage. Given the patient's condition and the regular payments, it is unacceptable for the hospital to be "excluded." This situation makes the one-year contract meaningless. About a year ago, when I was very ill with swine flu, I faced the same issue at another hospital, which had been excluded from coverage. I had to receive treatment and pay out of pocket again. I reported this to the insurance company and insisted on being contacted by phone, but they only responded via email. They closed my initial request because they couldn't reach me after calling twice. Anadolu Sigorta is causing problems by changing the covered hospitals after initially promising coverage. They do this by including a clause in the contract allowing them to change the network of hospitals. I request a refund for the payments I made for services that were not covered due to lack of prior information and am considering canceling my policy due to the breach of contract.
