Unauthorised Charges By Grok-Xai
Today I discovered that I have been repeatedly charged for a Grok-XAI “Heavygrok” subscription that I never knowingly purchased and that does not appear on any of my accounts. When I noticed the latest transaction today, I immediately called my bank and was informed that these Heavygrok charges have been occurring since April, without my knowledge or authorization. According to my bank, the total amount taken from my account for these unauthorized Heavygrok payments is 792.12. I do not have any transaction receipts related to this subscription, and when I check my Grok-XAI accounts, I cannot see any active Heavygrok subscription that would justify these charges. I only have an active and legitimate subscription for Supergrok, for which I always receive a renewal receipt, and these Heavygrok charges are completely separate from that and appear without any receipts. I contacted Grok-XAI customer support by email today to report this situation. I request that Grok-XAI urgently investigate how these unauthorized Heavygrok charges were made and provide a full refund of the total amount of 792.12, as I did not approve or recognize this subscription and it does not appear in my accounts.
