Our last trip with Greyhound was supposed to be a chill bus ride down south, some quality family time, first of the bus itself...yikes. Let's just say it looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner in, well, forever. Crumbs were everywhere, you couldn't even see the floor under the seats of all the debris. And on top of that, there was this awful smell...like someone spilled a whole vat of gym socks in there. We were practically holding our breath the whole ride, just trying to survive. even tried to politely mention it to Greyhound's customer service, hoping for maybe a quick cleaning or something. Big mistake. They basically blew us off, like our concerns were just a minor inconvenience.
