Gratis Keeps Delaying My Orders Even Though I Chose Store Pickup

I ordered a discounted item from Gratis yesterday, but this complaint isn't just about that order; it's also about the ones I've placed before. A lot of people are having the same problem with Gratis on TikTok and other social media sites. I chose to submit my story since I heard that when people write complaints here, their orders are handled more quickly. I had to wait over 2–3 weeks for my products to arrive, even though I picked them up at the store. I just placed another order, and it's been stuck on "order received" for a long now. Most of the time, orders are ready in one or two days on other platforms, but this delay with Gratis keeps happening, which is really frustrating.
