Grande Cosmetics Refused My Return for an Expensive Product With No Warranty

The Grande Cosmetics product has no performance, and when I returned it, my request was rejected. It is unacceptable that such an expensive product does not come with a warranty. Legally, I should be able to return an electronic or personal care product if I am dissatisfied with its performance, yet this is being denied. It is especially concerning that a Chinese-made product is sold at such a high price, delivers no results, lacks a warranty, and refuses returns without completing the legal process. Since the product does not fulfill its intended purpose, I will pursue my rights through the consumer arbitration committee.
