GrandPashaBet Customer Service Criticized for Dismissive Response

I have had an account with the username “emirrbrsy” on the GrandPashaBet website for a long time, and I mainly play slot games. Since the day I opened my account, I have not been able to achieve any meaningful winnings. Over the past 30 days in particular, even though I deposited a total of $1,406, I have not won enough even once to be able to make a withdrawal request.

I believe the site has lost its former reputation and has become a platform that does not offer players a fair chance of winning. In my opinion, it doesn’t even “give a little and take a lot”—it feels like it doesn’t give anything at all.

When I shared my dissatisfaction with customer service, their response felt dismissive. I received a generic “good luck” type of message, which made me feel like I was being mocked rather than taken seriously.

After all these experiences, I have decided to leave GrandPashaBet completely. I will not play on this site again, and I will not recommend it to any of my friends.
