On August 18, 2025, I placed a ₺27,000 sports bet on the Brugge – Monaco match with odds of 2.3 at GrandPashaBet, winning a total of ₺62,100. When I requested a withdrawal, my request was denied, and the site asked me to submit several photos for account verification. I provided all the required documents, including my ID and selfie, and even submitted an additional photo when asked. Despite this, my account was put “under review,” and I was told to wait 72 hours.
Until now, I have successfully completed many withdrawals on GrandPashaBet, but this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. My account is still open, and I can log in, yet I am unable to withdraw my funds. When I contact customer service, they only respond with “risk department review,” and I receive no replies via email. I have not violated any rules, nor have I received any notification of such.
Although I submitted all documents without any omissions, I am being prevented from withdrawing my legitimate winnings. I demand that my ₺62,100 winnings be released immediately and that my grievance be resolved without further delay.
