GrandPashaBet Blocks Account and Refuses ₺60,000 Winnings After Document Verification
On September 13, 2025, I registered on grandpashabet.com and won a total of ₺101,900 from sports betting. When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, the site requested proof of residence and a selfie with my ID for account verification. I submitted all requested documents via email without any omissions.
Despite this, the site management blocked my account, claiming there was a residence mismatch. I waited for four days for payment, but when I contacted customer support, I was told that my account had been blocked. Only my initial deposit of ₺40,000 was returned to my bank account yesterday, while my remaining ₺60,000 winnings were denied.
I did not participate in any special promotions or campaigns, and no additional documents or fees were requested beyond what I had already submitted. My username is tanerc*3, and I have all email correspondence and documents as proof.
I demand that my remaining ₺60,000 winnings be paid out and that my grievance be resolved immediately.

When they requested a residence certificate and a selfie with my ID for account verification, I sent all the documents completely via email. However, the site management blocked my account and completely cut off my access, citing a residence discrepancy.
During this process, I waited for payment for 4 days and contacted customer service both via email and live support. In the written notification sent to me, it was stated that my account was closed due to a residence discrepancy and that my winnings would not be paid. Only my deposited principal of 40,000 TL was refunded to my account, but I received a response of 'will not be paid' for the 60,000 TL I won.
I did not benefit from any campaign or special condition, and no other document or fee was requested from me. My username: tanercelik13. All correspondence and documents are attached. I did not see such a clause in GrandPashaBet’s contract or rules, nor was it shown to me.
I request that my remaining 60,000 TL winnings be paid and my grievance be resolved.
