I am submitting this complaint regarding the unfair balance adjustment carried out on my GRANDPASHABET account. After receiving a bonus, the bonus balance on my account was completely lost, and only my own deposited real funds remained. From that moment on, all the games I played were with my own money only, without any active bonus balance. On 06.03.2026, my balance reached approximately ₺68,002. At that point, I submitted a withdrawal request for ₺55,000 and left the remaining balance in my account to continue playing. I was mainly playing slots and blackjack. While I was playing with the remaining funds, my withdrawal request was rejected, and the ₺55,000 was returned to my account balance, so the full balance again appeared as available. I continued playing normally with the balance that was visible in my account. After I finished my gameplay, I contacted live support. Only during this conversation was I informed that my balance would be adjusted. Shortly after this live support chat, around an hour and a half ago today, approximately ₺68,000 was removed from my account, leaving only ₺0.87. I was informed that my winnings were considered “bonus-related winnings.” This is not correct in my situation, because the bonus balance had already been fully lost earlier, and all the games I played afterward were with real funds only. For this reason, I consider the removal of ₺68,002 from my account to be unfair and unjustified. I kindly request a clear and detailed explanation of how my winnings were classified as “bonus winnings” even though the bonus balance had already been lost, why my withdrawal request of ₺55,000 was rejected and returned to my balance, and which specific rule or term in your conditions this decision is based on. I also request a full review of my account transactions and gameplay history. I demand that my account be re-evaluated and that the removed amount of ₺68,002 be fully restored to my balance. If this issue is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to relevant complaint platforms and licensing authorities.
