GrandPashaBet Denied My ₺12,600 Loss Bonus Without Any Explanation

I have been an active user of my GrandPashaBet account for 5 years. On September 4, 2025, I lost a total of ₺63,000 on sports bets and requested a loss bonus as stated in the promotion. However, the ₺12,600 loss bonus that I was entitled to was never credited to my account.

When I contacted customer service, they told me that the risk department had decided not to approve my bonus. Yet, I was never given a valid reason or any written explanation for this refusal. I firmly believe that I have met all the requirements of the campaign, and I have never violated any rules with my account up to this point.

I demand that GrandPashaBet immediately credits the ₺12,600 loss bonus to my account and resolves this unfair situation. Customers who play fairly and follow the rules should not be denied promotions without justification. I expect a prompt response and resolution.

Just like themselves, the so-called 'Grandpaşa' has become a disgrace, like 'Tosun Paşa.' Be careful, they seized my bonus. They are seizing many people's money; they're finished.
