My Google Account Hacked

Someone hacked into my Google account and changed all of my security information. Even the process of recovering my account on Google was not good enough. Even though Google has an office in Turkey, I can't find any contact details for the office, and I'm having a hard time finding someone who can help me with my problem. Having your account hacked can be really stressful, especially when you can't find the right help to get your information back and make your account safe again.
