I am writing about the ban on my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Google account and has the in‑game ID 2423646959. My account was banned on 25/12/2023 even though I always played normally and did not use any hacks or illegal third‑party tools. During the time I was playing, my network connection was very bad and unstable, which often caused problems in the game. I later realized that I was using a China‑made phone, and I suspect that this device or its system may have caused the ban by mistake. After noticing this, I stopped using that phone and threw it away, because I do not want any risk or violation in my account. I tried to contact support about this issue, but my request did not go through properly and I could not get any clear response. I have never intended to break the rules and I only want to play fairly with my own effort and time. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be reviewed in detail and that the ban be lifted if possible. I would like to have my account back so that I can continue playing normally on a safe device and under the rules.
