Google Continues Charging Of A Suspended Account For 3 Months

To whom it may concern, 3 months ago I purchased Google Workspace, which as you know is a paid Google service package that offers more features. About 1 week after I purchased the product, my account was suspended without any information or notification for "violating Google policies". Knowing that I was not violating Google's policies, I initiated an appeal process, but my appeal was denied again without any notification or reason. However, the important issue is that Google continues to charge 226TL per month for a deactivated account. How will Google explain the fact that it has not activated an account that it has deactivated for 3 months and continues to collect fees on top of it, and how will it eliminate my victimization here?
