Unable to Purchase Additional Licenses for Google Workspace, No Support Response

I purchased a Google Workspace product to manage my corporate emails, but I am limited to 20 licenses. I need to purchase additional licenses, but the admin console prompts me to contact the support team for assistance.

Despite reaching out to the support team, I have not received any response in over 36 hours. This delay is unacceptable, especially as I require a quick resolution to scale my operations effectively.

Google Workspace is supposed to streamline business communication, but this experience has been frustrating and inefficient. I urgently request that my issue is addressed, and I am provided with the ability to purchase the additional licenses I need without further delays.
