eFootball Charged Me for an Unauthorized Coin Purchase

I would like to file a complaint regarding a payment issue I experienced in Konami’s eFootball game. About a month ago, I noticed that a coin purchase had been made through my account without my knowledge or authorization. The purchase appears to have been made through the Google Play Store, for a total of 350 TL, approximately $7.

As soon as I noticed the transaction, I requested a refund. However, not only was the payment not refunded, but my account also ended up with a negative balance, and this issue has still not been resolved. I have been negatively affected both by not receiving a refund and by having my account balance reduced below zero.

I request that the approximately $7 payment for this unauthorized coin purchase be fully refunded and that my account balance be corrected accordingly.
