Android 14 Users Can’t Access Crash Bandicoot: On the Run After Server Closure

I would like to share the issue I experienced regarding Crash Bandicoot: On the Run, developed by King. I was a dedicated player who genuinely enjoyed the game and invested a significant amount of time into it. The game also had a high rating of around 4.8 on the Google Play Store. However, the servers were shut down in February 2023, and since then, I have been unable to log in, download data, or use the game.

When I try to open the game on my phone running Android 14, I continuously receive the same message stating that the service has been discontinued. When I contacted King’s support team, I was only given a standard response confirming that the service has been shut down, without any solution or alternative being offered.

On behalf of myself and other players who loved this game, I request that the servers for Crash Bandicoot: On the Run be reopened and that the game be made active again. I ask that the feedback of players who invested time and enjoyment into the game be taken into consideration and that a constructive step be taken regarding this matter.
