Free Fire Support Won’t Explain My Account Ban

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which is linked to my Google account and which was banned on 8/1/2024 when I was using an Android device. Since that date, I have not been able to access my account. After the ban, I contacted support, but I did not receive any explanation or clear response about the reason for this action. I do not know why my account was banned, and I have been left without access to my progress and items in the game. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be unbanned and reactivated, or at least that a detailed explanation be provided about the reason for the ban so that the situation can be clarified and resolved.
