I Sent ₹3000 via Google Pay but Money Not Received in PNB Account

On April 4 at approximately 3:25 PM, I made a UPI deposit of ₹3000 through Google Pay to my Punjab National Bank (PNB) account. The transaction shows as successfully completed on my end, with Transaction ID 646059330341, but the amount has still not been credited to my PNB account.
I have not been able to reach customer support regarding this issue, which has made the situation even more frustrating. The payment is clearly marked as completed, yet the funds are missing, and there has been no update or resolution provided.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the ₹3000 either be credited to my PNB account immediately or refunded back to the original source without further delay. I also expect a clear written explanation outlining what went wrong with this UPI transfer to prevent similar issues in the future.
