Google Pay UPI Deposit Not Credited

I deposited Rs 4,500 and Rs 500 on 4rabet via UPI through Google Pay on 3rd April and 9th April, but these amounts have still not been credited properly and I have not received any proper resolution. Each time I contact support, they just ask me to keep waiting, first for 7–12 days and then again for 5–7 days, without giving any clear explanation or solution. I am very dissatisfied with being made to wait endlessly and with the agents not giving transparent information. This situation has caused me financial and mental stress, and it has destroyed my trust in the platform. I request that 4rabet either immediately credit the pending deposits correctly to my account or issue a full refund of Rs 4,500 and Rs 500 back to my bank account without any further delay. I expect a clear written explanation of what went wrong and a prompt resolution.
