Google Pay Transaction Failed but ₹500 Not Refunded After Two Weeks

On February 27, at around 10:30 PM, I made a payment of ₹500 through Google Pay using my IDBI Bank account. The amount was successfully deducted from my account, but even after more than two weeks, it has neither been credited to the intended recipient nor refunded back to my account.
I have all the transaction details available in my Google Pay app and bank statement, and the deduction is clearly visible. However, there has been no reversal or update regarding this failed or pending transaction.
I request that this transaction be urgently investigated and that the deducted ₹500 be refunded to my IDBI Bank account without any further delay. I also ask for a clear explanation as to why the amount was neither credited nor reversed for such an extended period and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
