Fun88 Fails to Credit $60 Google Pay Deposit After UPI Payment
I deposited 5,000 INR into my Fun88 account via UPI (Google Pay) on 10 February at around 10:37 AM IST. After completing the payment and uploading the details on the site, the amount has not been credited to my Fun88 account. I have the Google Pay transaction reference ID: 604173679766, and my Fun88 username is jcl637, registered with the email address jesi191***@gmail.com. For the last three days, I have been repeatedly contacting Fun88 customer support. Each time I am told to wait for 30–40 minutes and that their bank provider is facing a technical issue, but nothing has changed, and the 5,000 INR is still missing from my Fun88 balance. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience and loss of trust, as the payment has been successfully debited from my side, but is not reflected in my account. I request that Fun88 urgently resolve this issue by either immediately crediting the 5,000 INR to my Fun88 account or refunding the full amount back to my Google Pay/UPI account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong so that such a problem does not occur again.
