Google Pay Wallet Not Credited

On 02.04.2026 at around 3:16 PM, I attempted to add ₹500 to my Google Pay wallet using my HDFC Bank debit card. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Google Pay wallet. The payment was made via UPI with Transaction ID 120959985308. Since the money has been deducted from my bank but is not visible in my Google Pay wallet balance, I am unable to use these funds. I request that this failed wallet load be investigated urgently and that a full refund of ₹500 be processed back to my HDFC debit card/bank account at the earliest.
