Today, I checked my account and was shocked to see that an unauthorized payment was made by “Google Gear Up Game B”. I never approved this transaction and was given no warning, no confirmation, and no security verification like an OTP. I don’t know how this charge happened, but it is completely unacceptable.
I did not subscribe, install, or purchase anything from this app, yet the money was pulled from my account without my knowledge. This is a clear violation of my financial rights, and I’m deeply frustrated that Google allows such unauthorized activity to go through their systems.
I am demanding a full and immediate refund, and I expect Google to take action to prevent this from happening again to me or others. If this isn’t resolved quickly, I’ll be forced to pursue this through legal and regulatory channels. Fix this now.
